  I was on holiday in Pollensa for a week at Ca na Caty's House. The treatment was excellent, and the house too. I had some air conditioner problems and the next morning was solved. Great holidays!!

  Don't go for this property. We hope our post can warn everyone, keep your money in your pocket and rent some other place to celebrate your vacation. The First impression has got the wow factor. It's a clean cosy house and they even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Little did we know we would drink it to the last drop on the First evening to drown our misery. What they Don't tell you When you book this place is that there is an upstairs neigbour. And o yeah he and the neigbour on the other site of the house are dog owners. Don't get me wrong we love dogs, sadly enough the dog stays outside day and night. And the dog barks for several minutes every time you step out the door to get outside at the pool. At night he Will bark for no Reason at all. On the First night the upstair neigbour and his friends partied untill 4 in the morning. Music loud noise, etc... but Hey we give everyone a second chance and it was a sutarday night. So First night without any sleep ( did I mentioned we have a 6 month old baby with us ? ) we sended an email too the people of the agency we rent with. They told us they are sorry and they contacted the upstairs neigbour. The second night we pulled the matresses to the kitchen the most quiet place in the home. ( even the noise of the fridge is better than the loud voices and tv noise in the other rooms) at midnight everything seemed quite so we moved back to an actual room. Than all hell broke lose. Not only do the upstair neigbours have a big clock that makes a hell of a noise every half and full hour, they kept us Up all night by walking around, moving forniture, etc. Oh yeah and the dog he also barked all night long. So at 5 o'clock in the morning we booked and payed for a new hotel. Because we came on holiday to relax. The First relaxed feeling of the week is the feeling I can walk away from this noisy property. So keep your money because we saddly threw ours away...

  Had a wonderful week in the beautiful Ca L’abuela townhouse in the old town of Pollensa. The house was spotless clean. Fabulous welcome and tour of the house by Maria of Mallorcan Holidays 365. We were made at ease and any issues or problems Maria was readily available to assist with easy contact by phone. Would highly recommend this townhouse and Mallorcan Holidays 365. Thank you Pep and Maria.
